The following departments submitted their monthly reports for review by the town board: the supervisor, town clerk, justices, code enforcement officer, animal control officer and highway superintendent. A Councilman VanGelder went to Palmyra and met with Governor Cuomo’s representatives. They discussed fracking and CHIPS funding. 10 residents and visitors were present at portions of the meeting. Mike Simon for BME/Storm water Coalition presented a new Model Storm water Management Program Plan that the Town Board needs to adopt to become MS4 compliant. Comments from the Public – Two residents from Southbrook Drive expressed their concern with excessive sanding when the roads are being plowed. They have spoken to the Supervisor in the past. The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by President Bob Estochen with all members present. First on the agenda was public comments. Laura Hubright shared her concerns about the future of the school, since she was aware that reaching out to other schools was not producing positive results. Boys Varsity Basketball Mynderse 57, Wayne 52 Brandon Passalaqua recorded 19 points and six assists, and hit two foul shots with 10 seconds left to seal it for Mynderse (17-1). Luke Ruddy scored 17 points and had six rebounds in the win. Cortney O’Connell, a junior at Gananda High School travelled in November to the Color Breed Congress Horse Show in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The show hosted almost 700 exhibitors, representing 31 states and three different countries for five days of competition between five different horse breeds. Cortney won her division of 14 to 18 years olds and also was the Overall High Point Youth Congress Champion.
