Boys Varsity Baseball

Sodus 8, Red Creek 1

Clyde Savannah 5, Gananda 4 (8 innings)
Bill Binch hit a suicide squeeze down the third baseline in the bottom of the eight inning to drive in Jason Doig for the winning run for Clyde-Savannah.
Doig finished 2-for-3 with a single and a double and pitched a complete game with three strikeouts for the Eagles (9-6). Dom Musso hit a sacrafice fly to centerfield in the top of the seventh inning to score Quin Donnelly and tie the game at 4-4 for Gananda. Eric Mucci finished 3-for-4 with three singles and Luis Lopez went 2-for-3 for Gananda.

Lyons 12, Marion 1
Hayden Lester was 3-for-4 with four RBI and Derick Fera went 3-for-3 with a double for Lyons (13-3). Marion is 6-7.

East Rochester 7, North Rose Wolcott 3
Trey Pascazi pitched a complete game with seven strikeouts and Austin Peterson went 3-for-3 and scored for East Rochester (10-5). Jake Welkley was 1-for-2 with two RBI for NR-W (8-7).

Girls Varsity Softball

Gananda 24, Clyde Savannah 1
Tiffany Burks earned the win with six strikeouts over five innings and went 2-for-3 with two RBI from the plate for Gananda (14-1, 14-0). Clyde Savannah is 2-11.

Lyons 12, Marion 5
Hannah Lester went 4-for-4 with four RBI and Rashee Bostic notched three hits with an RBI for Lyons (11-4). Kailani Ameele went 2-for-3 with a double and Sami Bailey had an RBI triple for Marion.

North Rose Wolcott 10, East Rochester 5
Rheagen Fischette went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI and Carly Pat chipped in two hits for NR-W (7-7, 7-6). Katie Gregory had a three-run triple in the top of the seventh inning for East Rochester.

Boys Varsity Tennis

Marion 4, Lyons 1
Aidan Ballesty defeated Johnny Hill 7-6 (7-2), 6-1 at first singles for Marion (5-3-1). Lyons is 1-7.

Sodus 3, Marion 2
Christian Barnes picked up a 6-3, 6-2 victory at first singles for Sodus (2-5).
